Hi everyone....so I've had my cast for a week now....3 more weeks to go. I can't wait to get this thing off!!! I'm not letting it bring me down but I'll definitely be happier once it's removed. The nurse was really nice...she let me pick out the color! I like blue...it matches my Dodgers cap that Grandma Kato gave me. Grandma Kato came by to spend some time with us while Daddy was in China. Thanks Grandma...it was lot's of fun!

This week we're going to Mammoth to play in the snow...I'm so excited! I'll try my best to keep my cast dry. I'll make sure we share some photos of the trip with everyone.

Ok...talk to you soon,
Shane

Here's a family photo we took on New Years Eve! Daddy set up the camera for me and I took the shots...maybe I'll be a photographer when I get bigger??? We miss you Ashlyn, Brianna, Gaby, Mark and Ba-Chan...

Love,
Kole

This is a photo of our little cousin Kobi...isn't she cute! We like to act silly when we play with her....by the sound of her giggles, I think she likes it! We miss you Kobi!

Hi Everyone!
I know it's 2008 now but I can't stop thinking of all the fun I had in '07. Here's a photo of me hangin' with my little bro Shane at Ji-chan's house. He's my best friend...as long as he stays away from my toys! haha

Talk to you soon,
Kole

My first broken bone....

Hi everyone....this is my first official blog...enjoy!!! On Friday I had to go to the hospital to get my arm wrapped and put in a sling. I fell off the couch and landed wrong...fractured my arm just above my elbow. Tai Tai! Kole was great....he really helped me out and made me feel better. Uncle Scott and Aunty Trisha lent a helping hand that day too...thanks guys!

On Monday Mommy and Daddy took me to the doctor to get my cast put on. I was a brave boy...I pick blue for my cast color. Although I can't move my arm, I'm not going to let it slow me down. I'm already shooting hoops with one arm!

I guess swim lessons are out for about a month...don't tell Mommy but I'm actually happy I don't have to swim...haha!

More to come later,
Shane
